Pyro Operations Process Specialist — SOPs & Training

Charm Industrial is seeking a Process Specialist to own Pyro Operations training, SOP maintenance, and on‑floor knowledge transfer. You will work closely with operators to ensure processes run as designed and documentation reflects actual practice.

You will monitor performance, drive deviations to resolution, and push continuous improvements on the pyrolysis platform, ensuring a strong link between design and day‑to‑day operation.
