As a Pursuit Manager, you will take ownership of opportunities from qualification through to contract readiness, ensuring they are commercially viable, strategically aligned, and positioned for success. Acting as the bridge between opportunity development and proposal execution, you will lead pursuit strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive commercial decision-making to maximise conversion while protecting margin and delivery certainty.This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and governance discipline. You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Proposals, and Estimation teams to ensure opportunities are thoroughly developed and executed through a structured pursuit process.
