As Pursuits and Bids Manager in Arup Madrid, you will lead the bidding team to develop sophisticated, well-coordinated bids that support Arup’s market ambitions. You will work within the MCBD function to align bid activity with the local and regional strategy, engaging technical teams, schedulers, and client-facing colleagues. You will drive a structured, evidence-based bid process including go/no-go decisions, deadlines, and win themes.
