**What will you do?

Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of material through the production cycle.
Collaborate with customers, purchasing, production, and engineering teams regarding new product releases and long-term customer needs.
Prepare and manage the demand production schedule for a facility serving multiple product lines and/or customers.
Supervise materials coordinators and/or analysts directly.
**How will you do it?

- Optimize material flow and inventory levels to ensure compliance with production schedules.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate requirements for new product launches.
- Adjust production schedules as required based on real-time production demands and supply chain dynamics.
- Oversee and develop the skills of materials coordinators and/or analysts to enhance team performance.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to forecast demand and resolve operational issues.
