Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing from supermarkets and public markets of food products and supplies, ingredients, materials, equipment and other items needed in all the restaurants (Filipino and Italian Cuisine).
- Ensure that stocks are sufficient to maintain the operations of the restaurants.
- Collaborate with the operations team from time to time to keep abreast with the needs of the operations.
Qualifications
- Will report to work 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday including holidays.
- On top of the basic pay, we offer service charge amounting to 5k to 10k per month.
- Graduate of any hospitality, hotel and restaurant courses.
