Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid stock-outs.
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and continuous supply.
  • Assist in cost-saving initiatives by comparing quotes and recommending best options.
  • Work closely with the warehouse, accounting, and other departments for smooth transactions.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  • Support in annual supplier evaluation and accreditation processes.
