Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Purchasing Staff with experience in sourcing food and raw materials. The role requires close coordination with the production team and actual monitoring of inventory inside the production area. The ideal candidate must be reliable, organized, and willing to render overtime when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase food ingredients and raw materials based on production requirements
• Coordinate closely with Production Team for daily material needs and usage
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Conduct actual checking of inventory inside the production area
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and track deliveries
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing when needed
