Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Researching potential vendors and evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Negotiating prices, and maintaining accurate records of invoices and contracts.
- Maintaining a fully stocked inventory and optimizing the procurement process for the organization.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Prepare cost analysis
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Qualifications
- Driving skills, knows how to drive and must have a Valid drivers license
- Preferably work experience as a Purchasing Staff or similar role
