• Purchase Order Management: Execute the full PO lifecycle—from initial requisition to delivery verification and invoice reconciliation.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the site management teams to schedule deliveries, manage just-in-time inventory, and troubleshoot transport delays.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels of critical consumables and project-specific materials to prevent site shutdowns.
• Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on global commodity trends (e.g., fuel prices,) to anticipate and mitigate price fluctuations.
