Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Staff to manage the procurement of goods and services for our company. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, maintain good supplier relationships, and help control costs while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, products, and services
• Prepare purchase orders and process requisitions
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Handle supplier inquiries and resolve issues
