Purchasing Professional

The Purchasing Professional will be responsible for managing the purchase orders by planning material requirements utilizing the updated system as well as executing any required plans.
They are also responsible for performing follow-ups on purchasing orders sent to external suppliers.
General Responsibilities
- Leads in the maintenance of updated purchase records
- Responsible for making purchases of urgent materials and/or transportation service for materials or products inside the city or to other locations
- Leads the tracking and recording of functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Responsible for interviews of sales representatives and researches companies to develop new sources of supplies and secure favorable terms for the company
- Leads with crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms
