Purchasing & Operations Coordinator

What You’ll Do
Reporting directly to the General Director, you’ll be the glue that keeps purchasing, logistics, and stock control running smoothly. Your days will be filled with:
 
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

• Managing and following up on both local and international purchase orders
• Keeping suppliers in the loop and on time
• Providing clear, weekly order and payment reports
• Assisting with component updates or parts needed by the Argentine production team

Logistics & Dispatch

• Coordinating outgoing shipments and preparing shipping documentation
• Tracking urgent part movements to keep production flowing

Stock Control Support

• Working closely with the stock controller to track and verify incoming goods
• Flagging new deliveries for inspection and recording
• Monitoring internal part usage for production
