The job role is a dual headed duty, comprising of purchasing and logistic management, as a result of logistic experience will be highly regarded as a plus. D Way Foods Inc. is currently looking for a permanent and full‑time Purchasing Manager.
Core Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all activities relating to the purchasing function to ensure an optimized purchasing process.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, considering cost, quality, shipping, and delivery timeline.
- Ensure high standard quality control standards in the importations of goods.
- Analyze, evaluate, and settle claims and discrepancies with customers and suppliers in the shortest time possible.
