Job Description

Key Responsibilities

•Manage procurement activities including sourcing suppliers/subcontractors, obtaining quotations, and negotiating pricing and commercial terms.
• Monitor project budgets, purchase orders (PO), and cost control to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Section Managers, Suppliers, and Subcontractors throughout the procurement and project execution process.
• Support tendering activities by preparing cost information, supplier quotations, and market pricing analysis.
• Prepare and maintain procurement, budget, inventory, and KPI reports for management review.
• Oversee office administration, IT support coordination, system usage, and staff training to ensure smooth business operations.
