Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator

Arlen Tool Group is currently looking to fill an open position for a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator with the following skills and attributes to our team at Arlen Tool in Windsor, ON.

Essential Functions:

• Full cycle purchasing from obtaining quotes, writing purchase orders to receiving into the ERP system.
• Prepare shipping paperwork including, but not limited to shippers and customs paperwork.
• Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
• Coordinate trucking needs and schedule.
• Manage Tooling Vending Machine, including ordering, restocking and inventory counts.
• Maintains records for all incoming deliveries; processes any invoices or bills of lading with shipments.
• Performs other shipping/receiving activities as assigned.
• Coordinating material certifications.
