What will you be doing?
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP S/4HANA in line with company policies and project requirements.
- Convert approved purchase requisitions into accurate and timely POs.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of PO data, including pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and supplier details.
- Interface daily with buyers and project supply chain teams in the Houston office to align on procurement priorities and resolve queries.
- Support Houston-based buyers in executing procurement strategies and meeting project deadlines.
- Monitor PO status and follow up on approvals to ensure timely issuance.
- Assist with supplier communication regarding order confirmations and clarifications.
- Maintain clear documentation and audit trail of procurement activities.
