Role Overview
As a Purchasing Assistant for BV Cuisine Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the supply chain integrity of our diverse food and beverage brands (including Marugame Udon, Maisen, and Paul). You will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in sourcing high-quality ingredients, kitchen equipment, and restaurant supplies while ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
