Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills for dealing with local suppliers
- Proficient in canvassing, comparing prices, and preparing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to check and reconcile invoices against POs
- Capable of ensuring timely delivery of ordered items and following up on discrepancies
- Familiarity with invoice submission and payment processing
- Knowledge in order processing and document filing
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
