  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for dealing with local suppliers
  • Proficient in canvassing, comparing prices, and preparing Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to check and reconcile invoices against POs
  • Capable of ensuring timely delivery of ordered items and following up on discrepancies
  • Familiarity with invoice submission and payment processing
  • Knowledge in order processing and document filing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
