We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team at Thai Mango by Chef Kim in Parañaque City . As a full-time purchasing staff, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services necessary for the company’s operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and related documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams
- Conduct price comparisons and maintain updated supplier records
- Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or incomplete shipments
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget limits
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
- Assist in vendor negotiations and contract terms when needed
