Job Description
- Responsible to sourcing and ordering of vehicle parts or services needed by the Motor pool section.
- Create and develop a purchasing strategy to maintain good quality and fair prices on all purchases.
- Ensure that all purchasing transactions are encoded in Safari's po system (or in safari integrated system).
- Responsible, manage and maintain supplier's accreditation files/records and ensure that they shall be reviewed and updated every year.
- Responsible for second sourcing activities/programs for all direct and indirect vehicle parts and other related materials.
- Process Request for Payment (RFP) of all purchases before processing of payment with the accounting department.
- Ensure that all Request for Payment documents have corresponding request orders, purchase orders, and canvass sheets.
