Purchasing Assistant

Position Summary

As a Purchasing Assistant , you will be responsible for processing all order acknowledgements and BOLs, while serving as the backup to the Purchasing Coordinator. In this role, you will interact with and provide daily support to our buyers and internal customer service team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor the Domestic BOL Mailbox to save order acknowledgements and BOLs.
• Review the purchasing report every morning and prioritize BOLs to process.
