Purchasing Assistant
A Purchasing Assistant will support the procurement of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Obtain competitive offers for hotel needs and ensure negotiation of the best price, guaranteeing quality and compliance.
- Ensure that information from designated local suppliers is kept up to date in terms of prices, contacts, and legal documentation.
- Follow up on order delivery compliance by suppliers.
- Comply with quality procedures and standards and oversee purchasing administration to ensure that all Hilton policies and standards are adhered to.
- Perform reconciliation of purchase orders.
- Perform price variation reports.
- Execute tasks/requests as instructed by the Purchasing Department Management.
