Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related course.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably involving hardware, electrical, or construction-related products.
- Strong sourcing, planning, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SAP systems.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, approve, receive, and process online material requests.
- Source and purchase materials, equipment, services from qualified suppliers; prepare canvass sheets with quotations from at least three suppliers for comparison and evaluation.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Requests for Payment (RFPs) for suppliers.
- Process replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
