Purchasing Analyst (Mid-level), PcD

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement process for medium- and high-complexity goods and services, meeting business stakeholders’ requirements on time, reducing costs, minimizing contractual risks and satisfying the needs of ISA units and their affiliates.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, internal customers and Group ISA companies both within Brazil and internationally.
• Work with moderate autonomy alongside buyers at the headquarters in Colombia on centralized categories, applying analytical skills to drive results and implement process improvements.
• Perform comparative analyses to support efficient purchasing decisions.
• Challenge technical specifications to identify cost efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement-related regulations.
