Purchaser(M&E/Construction)

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for M&E / construction materials

Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase recommendations

Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules

Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material supply

Monitor material availability and manage procurement timelines

Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing

Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and requirements

Maintain proper documentation of purchases, quotations, and supplier records

Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing experience in M&E / construction industry

Familiar with M&E materials, construction supplies, and project procurement processes
