Job Responsibilities
1. Procurement Planning Review MEP material requisitions and BOQs. Align procurement schedules with project timelines and lead times to ensure timely ordering.
2. Vendor Management Identify, assess, and prequalify MEP vendors and subcontractors. Float enquiries, evaluate offers, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
3. MEP Procurement Procure HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing materials, and related consumables. Coordinate subcontract services, equipment hire, and labor as needed. Ensure timely delivery with complete documentation.
4. Cost & Budget Control Analyze offers for value, prepare comparisons, and seek approvals. Monitor spending vs. budget and flag deviations or savings.
5. Documentation & Compliance Manage POs, subcontract agreements, and related documents. Ensure compliance with specs, standards, and contracts. Keep accurate procurement records.
