Responsibilities
- Procurement activities (mainly for General services) as per usual Oil&Gas process
- Preparation of bidders list (the purchaser must know Vendors)
- Vendor prequalification (compliance & due diligence process)
- Preparation and follow up of a call for tender
- Purchase Order issuance in SAP
- Follow up of each step in organized and tidy Excel spreadsheets
- Filing of all RFQ documents on the server in the right folders with the right numbering & hierarchy
- Mastering SAP
- PO issuance
- SES issuance
- GR issuance
- CAOF issuance
Versatality:
- RFQ and commercial negotiations for general services subcontracts and Purchase Orders (car rental hotels IT stationaries etc)
- RFQ and commercial negotiations for Oil&Gas related equipment (PPE freight forwarders agencys fittings etc.
