Job Overview
In this position you will be accountable for ensuring accurate and efficient execution of the end-to-end Procure to Pay process, covering Vendor Master Data, Invoice Processing, Payment Runs, and AP Reconciliations. You will work closely with the Team Leader, Service Delivery Manager, Procurement, and Continuous Improvement teams to deliver services within the Service Partnership Framework. You will act as the escalation point for complex supplier issues, provide training to Analysts, and support process standardization and compliance efforts. The role is instrumental in driving operational excellence, supporting transformation initiatives, and ensuring that PTP processes meet performance, cost, and quality objectives.
