This role supports our sales team by managing article approvals, checking content quality, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring publication accuracy before client delivery.
Responsibilities:
*Manage article approvals inside Airtable
*Check formatting, HTML, links, and URLs
*Verify feature images and live links
*Ensure publishing accuracy
*Escalate system issues
*Maintain workflow clarity for sales
*Monitor order progression
You must:
*Be fluent in Airtable
*Have WordPress experience
*Understand content formatting basics
*Be extremely detail-oriented
*Communicate clearly
