Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot ad quality concerns, new product implementations, and placement requests
- Resolve site data discrepancies and UX issues
- Implement new demand via tag-based or other methods
- Optimize placements by adjusting sizes, network bidders, refresh settings, and timeout settings
- Assist with trafficking direct-sold and PMP campaigns
- Provide screenshots, reports, and avails for sales teams
- Perform creative auditing and optimize delivery to hit KPIs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Yield Management
- General knowledge of PMPs, header-bidding, programmatic advertising, and CRM software
- Strong working knowledge of GAM, Excel, and Google Products
- Technical background with comfort reading ad code
- CSS knowledge is a plus
