- Handle enquiries and feedback relating to the projects as well as follow‑up on actions to resolve it
- Maintain good and positive relation with the residents.
- To serve as a liaison for all public relations matter for the new contract
- To assist the Authority in the running of their PR programmes
- Attend meetings, briefings, presentations with Authority
- Documentation, monitor and tabulate report from public feedback
- Meeting with an entity for areas of improvement
- Other ad‑hoc duties with regards to Customer service
- Minimum qualification of GCE O Level Certificate, with public relations work experience preferred.
- Min of 3 years of experience in Construction field
- Competent and possesses the skill, knowledge, and ability to manage public relation issues and general project queries with the residents effectively.
