Job Description
- Handle verbal & written feedback from stakeholders, the public, and authorities in form of emails, letters, and face‑to‑face meet up
- Keep records and follow up on feedback until the closure of the case
- Liaise with various Statutory Boards, Government Departments (i.e. LTA, HDB, PUB, SLA, Town Councils, MOM, etc.), and sub‑contractors to ensure smooth execution
- Organize and coordinate both planned and ad‑hoc rectification works
- Maintaining of good reputation and goodwill for the company
- Public relations monthly report and weekly updates for management meetings
- Carry out pre‑ and post‑visits to stakeholders and residents nearby the vicinity of work sites
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations to the Management and Client
- Diploma in Communication, Business or Engineering or equivalent
