Responsibilities
Showroom & Sample Support
- Maintain the HQ Showroom and stockroom, ensuring it is impeccably organized, visually on-brand, and fully prepared for media appointments.
- Assist in the integral sample lifecycle, managing daily packing, shipping, and return of editorial loans for stylists, editors, and KOLs.
- Manage the courier service efficiently, coordinating shipments and pickups (DHL/local) to ensure no key editorial opportunities are missed.
- Support the seasonal collection cycle, helping to revise received samples with the product department and ensuring the warehouse communication area is organized.
- Maintain contact with the affiliate team to monitor the correct delivery and tracking of sample sets for digital partners....
