Public Relations Account Director/PR Lead

Our client is looking for an experienced Head of PR to join their business as the first dedicated hire within their PR function. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is not only a strong PR leader, but also enjoys building from the ground up and creating a best-in-class communications function.

As the first PR hire, you will initially operate as a standalone PR lead, owning the full PR strategy, managing external communications, and establishing the foundations of the department. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build out a PR team around you, shaping the structure, processes and capabilities of the function.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic PR professional with strong experience across media relations, corporate communications, reputation management and campaign development. You should be comfortable being hands-on, taking ownership and balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
