An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate/Senior Associate 4 years pae + to join a busy, high‑performing Public Law & Regulatory Compliance team. You will work across meaningful, complex matters for government clients and step into a role with genuine variety, responsibility and impact.

You

• For this role you will need a min of 4 years pae litigation experience across prosecutions and admin law.
• A strong understanding of criminal procedure will stand you in good stead as you will review evidence, draft charges, briefs of evidence and allegations for criminal and disciplinary proceedings 
• You will prepare advice on prospects of success for criminal and disciplinary matters and act on Serious Offender Act applications.
