Job Description
The Public Area Supervisor is responsible for supervising the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all hotel public areas to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and Heartists. This role oversees Public Area Attendants, coordinates daily cleaning schedules, ensures compliance with hotel brand standards, hygiene regulations, and health & safety requirements, and supports guest satisfaction through excellent service.
Operational Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily cleaning and maintenance of all public areas, including:
- Hotel lobby and reception.
- Public restrooms.
- Restaurants and bars.
- Meeting rooms and banquet foyers.
- Corridors and elevators.
- Fitness centre and recreational facilities.
- Back-of-house public areas.
- Staff facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and hotel brand standards are maintained.
