**_Responsibilities:_**
- Management for the NOM 035 STPS
- Management and report for the psychologic attention.
- Creation of psychological first aid brigade integrated by all areas of the site.
- Creation of the annual plan to improve the results of the NOM 035 ( psychosocial risk factors, organizational climate, workplace violence etc.)
- Leadership of the violence and workplace harassment committee.
- Provide training in order to prevent mental disorders (induction, monthly etc.)
- Support the Doctor on control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health employees.
- Provides psychologic attention services to employees who are feeling ill or have suffer accidents in the Company or events.
