Job Description
A Psychologist conducts comprehensive psychological assessments, interprets standardized tests, and provides evidence-based diagnoses and recommendations. They deliver specialized psychological treatment, consultation, and intervention, and collaborate with interprofessional teams to guide care planning. The role also involves preparing detailed reports, participating in case conferences, and maintaining high professional and ethical standards. Psychologists may additionally support research, program development, evaluation, and the supervision and training of students and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments using standardized cognitive, academic, memory, executive‑functioning, adaptive, attention, social‑emotional, personality, psychosocial, and mental‑health measures.
- Administer and interpret psychological and psychoeducational tests, structured interviews, IQ measures, and rating scales.
