Psychiatry Unit Occupational Therapist Position

Deliver essential occupational therapy services as part of our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit. Utilize your skills to assess and improve patient quality of life through tailored interventions and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
Reporting clinically to the Professional Practice Chief, this role requires strong assessment skills and the ability to set and implement recovery-focused goals for patients. You'll actively participate in discharge planning and community reintegration efforts, as well as lead therapeutic group sessions. Documenting progress and facilitating staff support are also key responsibilities.
