PST Intern - Finance

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Intern to support the Accounts Payable function with invoice processing queries and vendor bank‑account verification. This role provides hands‑on exposure to AP

operations, vendor onboarding controls, and stakeholder communication while working closely with the finance teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to vendor and internal queries about invoice payment status via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with vendor bank-account verification by collecting required documentation, performing checks in accordance with company policy and internal controls, and escalating any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment or bank‑detail issues.
