Introduction
We are seeking a detail-oriented P2P Analyst to support procurement, accounts payable, and financial operations within a dynamic and fast-paced digital organization. Based in Calgary, this hybrid role is responsible for managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities, ensuring accurate processing of requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and financial documentation.
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Planning, Strategy, and Administration, the P2P Analyst serves as a key liaison between procurement, accounts payable, project teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining financial controls, supporting month-end activities, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to ongoing automation and AI initiatives within the P2P function.
