Responsibilities

As the new Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the supply chain and operations functions across Danfoss Climate Solutions in Apodaca, MX.

• Managing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring effective execution of supply chain activities.
• Consulting, advising, planning and overseeing the implementation of process improvements.
• Cooperating with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
• Coaching and developing team members to achieve performance objectives.
