Provider Onboarding & Operations Lead

Pearl Talent is seeking a Provider Operations Coordinator to own the full provider onboarding lifecycle and serve as the single point of contact for new clinicians. The role involves 3–4 hour onboarding calls, screenshare-based training on EHR systems, credentialing coordination, and maintaining a detailed onboarding tracker.

The expectation is to run onboarding autonomously within the first month while ensuring provider supply remains robust.
