Prototype & NPI Lead: Bridge Engineering to Production

EDGE is seeking a Head of Prototyping in Abu Dhabi to lead the development of prototype builds, ensure new products transition successfully from concept to production, and manage prototyping technicians. You'll coordinate efforts across engineering, quality, and production to foster a seamless workflow and process stability.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in prototyping environments, particularly with electro-mechanical or electronics products, and must excel in technical documentation and team leadership within demanding timelines.
