Proto Process Supervisor (Reynosa)

As Proto Process Supervisor on our team:

• Support product launches from pre-DV to DV.
• Provide people and equipment resources to support proto/engineering builds, capability studies, etc. and feedback build findings such as design/test/supplier related issues.
• Manage proto forecast & proto production schedule and review build readiness with Program Team; Program Team point of contact for escalation issues; provide build cost estimates.
• Generate Engineering Work Request (EWR), define build requirements, and provide parts list BOM for material coordinators to order.
• Generate build folder with prints, checklists, process flow diagram, and other build requirements.
• Follow up to ensure parts are delivered on time to meet customer schedules.
• Coordinate build shop activities to ensure customer delivery deadlines are met.
