Overview

Quality Plant Engineering Leader Job Description. The Quality Plant Engineering Leader is a direct report to the ENG/FQM and dotted line with the Quality Plant Engineering Manager. The role leads the quality plant engineering team within the defined perimeter.

Principle Relationships

• Daily operational production meetings with Quality Plant Engineering Manager and the team, control tower to address quality issues/performance.
• Weekly meetings with the FQM manager.
• Weekly meetings with Supplier Quality Development, ENG/CCLP Cross Car Line & Project, MFG/VPE/GAPE to coordinate the progress of the 7 diamonds.
• Convening of the site director's/quality managers of the most failing supplier sites and meetings with suppliers.

Operational Context
