Quality Plant ENGineering Leader Job Description
The Quality Plant ENGineering leader is direct report to the ENG/FQM and dotted line with Quality Plant ENGineering Manager. He leads the quality plant engineering team in charge of his perimeter.
On his meta function perimeter, in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction including warranty results in field and the plant efficiency, he leads the supplier quality, the plant quality convergence and manages the product/process evolutions in serial life.

Daily Operational Production meetings with Quality Plant ENGineering Manager and his team, control tower to deal with quality issues / production.
Weekly meetings with FQM manager.
Weekly meetings with Supplier Quality Developement, ENG/CCLP Cross Car Line & Project, MFG/VPE/GAPEto coordinate the progress of the 7 diamonds
