Proposal Support Lead
Lead the Proposal Support Team and provide high‑value strategic proposals to grow Aurecon’s revenue pipeline in line with its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Proposal Support team and ensure consistent quality support for key portfolio stakeholders.
- Champion the Aurecon Methodology and deliver experienced bid management services.
- Apply Aurecon tools and systems to win work.
- Manage the interface and discussions between internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in business improvement initiatives related to Winning Work.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience including capability uplift, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Advanced proposal writing skills, ability to manage bids, and create compelling storytelling.
- Background in bids and proposals highly preferred.
