A design and engineering professional services firm is hiring a Proposals & Pursuits Specialist to own the RFP process end-to-end — from opportunity intake through submitted proposal and client presentation. This is a hands‑on role for someone with real AEC or professional-services proposal experience, not a generalist marketer.
The person will sit within a regional marketing function covering Southeast Asia and wider Asia Pacific, working closely with local office leadership on business development priorities.
