Job Overview
Proposal Specialist supporting pursuit and proposal activities, managing development and implementation of pursuit plans and strategy. Preferred location: Western Canada.
Responsibilities
- Assist in completion of persuasive proposals, marketing collateral and presentations.
- Understand technical terminology, project management structure, and discipline functions by sectors.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate content providers, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Review RFPs and participate/lead strategic win plan discussions with Project Managers and Technical Leaders.
- Coordinate proposal kick‑off meetings.
- Develop and implement proposal templates and schedules.
- Develop sections of the Strategic Win Plan (RFP requirements and schedule).
